Is LuckyZoo real money gambling?
No. LuckyZoo is a free social casino. You play every game with free Credits, and there is no way to pay in or win real money.
What are Credits?
Credits are free play money. Every new account gets 10,000 Credits, and you can claim 1,000 more every 24 hours. Credits have no cash value and cannot be bought, withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for prizes.
What happens when I run out of Credits?
Claim your daily free Credits, or come back when the next ones are ready. You can never buy Credits.

What is LuckyZoo?
LuckyZoo is a free social casino with its own original games and slots, such as Rocket crash, Mines, Plinko, Dice, Blackjack and Roulette. You play with free Credits that have no cash value.
How old do I have to be to play?
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. LuckyZoo is for adults only, even though no real money is involved.
How do I create an account?
Press Create account, enter your email address and a password, and confirm your email. You can also sign in later with a one-time code sent to your email instead of your password.
Can I play the games for free?
Yes, every game is free. You can open any game and read how it works without an account; to play, create a free account and use your free Credits.
Games and fairness
What does RTP mean?
RTP, or return to player, is the share of all bets a game pays back over a very large number of rounds. A 99% RTP means that, on average, 99 Credits is paid back for every 100 Credits bet. Single sessions can differ a lot from the average.
What is the RTP of the games?
Most LuckyZoo originals have a 99% RTP. Blackjack has 99.5%, Baccarat about 98.9% on the Banker bet and Roulette 97.3%. Each game shows its RTP on its info tab.
What happens if my connection drops during a round?
Rounds are settled on our side. If you lose connection, open the game again and check your bet history under My Bets.
Account and safety
How do I keep my account safe?
Use a strong password and turn on two-factor authentication under Account, Security. You can also sign out of every other device from there if you think someone else has access.
Can I set limits on my play?
Yes. Under Account, Limits you can set a bet limit, daily, weekly and monthly loss and time limits, a reality check reminder, a cool-off break or a long self-exclusion.
How do I close my account?
Go to Account, Privacy and choose Close account. You can also download a copy of your data there.
