Who is responsible
LuckyZoo is operated by the company named in the footer of this website. Contact us at info@luckyzoo.io.
What we collect
- Account: email address, username, password (stored only as a secure hash), profile picture and bio if you add them.
- Play and balance: your bets and results, balance changes, bonuses, limits and settings.
- Payments: deposit amounts, coins and payment references, and the wallet addresses you withdraw to.
- Verification: if we ask, your identity document, proof of address and a selfie, plus our review notes.
- Security and activity: sign-ins, failed sign-ins, IP address, device and browser type, and important account actions.
- Messages: emails you send us and our replies.
Why we use it
- To run your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and pay out winnings (to perform our agreement with you).
- To prevent fraud, money laundering, underage play and bonus abuse, and to keep accounts secure (legal obligations and our legitimate interests).
- To apply your limits and exclusions and support responsible gaming.
- To send account emails such as sign-in codes and withdrawal updates. Promotional emails are only sent if you choose to receive them, and you can turn them off at any time under Account → Notifications.
Who helps us
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and private file storage (including verification documents).
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: sending emails.
- NOWPayments: payment processing.
We do not sell your data. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.
Storage and retention
- Verification documents are kept in private storage that only our review team can open, through links that expire after a few minutes.
- We keep account, transaction and verification records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as the law requires for anti-money-laundering and accounting purposes. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
- Some providers store data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
- Access and portability: download a copy of your data at any time under Account → Privacy.
- Correction: update your details in your account or ask us to correct them.
- Deletion: close your account under Account → Privacy. Records we must keep by law are retained, the rest is deleted.
- Objection and restriction: ask us to stop or limit certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
- Complaints: contact us first; you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and your browser's local storage only for things the site needs: keeping you signed in, remembering your settings such as sound or the sidebar, and your recent and favourite games. We do not use advertising cookies.
