1. Who we are

LuckyZoo is operated by the company named in the footer of this website. Contact us at info@luckyzoo.io.

2. Who can play

• You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live requires it.
• You may only play if online gambling is legal where you are. You are responsible for checking this. We may refuse or close accounts from countries we do not serve.
• You play for yourself, with your own money, and not on behalf of anyone else.
• You may not play if you are self-excluded from gambling elsewhere or have been excluded by us.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Keep your email address up to date and your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
• Your balance is held in Credits. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• Tell us straight away at info@luckyzoo.io if you think someone else has access to your account.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

• Deposits start at 20 USD and are handled by our payment provider. Whatever coin you pay with is credited as Credits at the value of the payment, where 1 USD equals 1 Credits. Only the amount actually received is credited.
• Send payments on the network shown on the payment page. Coins sent on the wrong network or to an old address may be lost, and we cannot always recover them.
• Withdrawals start at 10 Credits and go to a wallet address you provide, in one of the coins and networks we offer. Check the address carefully: sent payments cannot be reversed.
• Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent, usually within a day. Non-stablecoins are priced when the withdrawal is sent. We may hold a withdrawal while a bonus is being wagered, while we complete a check, or if we suspect fraud.
• We do not accept deposits intended only to be withdrawn again without play, and may return such funds to their source.

5. Verification

We may ask you to verify your identity, address and age at any time, and in particular before a withdrawal. You can deposit and play without verifying first. If we ask, withdrawals wait until verification is complete. We may refuse documents that are unclear, edited or do not match your account. How we handle your documents is described in our privacy policy.

6. Games and bets

• The rules, limits and RTP of each game are shown on its page and are part of these terms.
• A bet is final once placed. Results are recorded on our side and shown in your bet history.
• If a game or our systems malfunction, affected bets and payouts are void and stakes are returned. Obvious errors in odds or payouts are corrected to the correct amount.
• We may change game settings, limits or availability at any time; rounds already in play keep the settings they started with.

7. Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions follow our bonus terms, including wagering, maximum bet and expiry rules.

8. Fair use

You may not:

• open more than one account, share an account or use another person's details;
• use bots, scripts or any software that plays for you or reads game data;
• collude with other players, exploit errors, or attempt to change or predict results;
• use LuckyZoo for money laundering or with funds from illegal activity.

If we find a breach we may void the bets and bonuses involved, withhold winnings from them and close the account, and we may report it where the law requires.

9. Responsible gaming

You can set limits, take a break or exclude yourself at any time. See responsible gaming for the tools and for places to get help.

10. Closing an account

• You can close your account under Account → Privacy once your balance is withdrawn and no withdrawal is in progress.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is inactive for a long time, or must be closed by law. Any remaining balance that was fairly won is paid out to you, after verification if needed.

11. Liability

• LuckyZoo is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct but cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions or errors.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, your device, your wallet, the payment network, or payments sent to a wrong address.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and for important changes we will tell you by email or on the site. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply. Questions or complaints: info@luckyzoo.io. We reply within a few working days.
