Responsible gaming
LuckyZoo is made for fun. These tools and tips help you keep it that way, and if gambling stops being fun, free help is one click away.
Play for fun
- Only play with money you can afford to lose. Treat it as the cost of entertainment, not a way to earn money.
- Every game has a house edge. Over time the casino keeps a small share of all bets, so chasing losses usually makes them bigger.
- Decide on a budget and a time before you start, and stop when you reach either.
- Take regular breaks, and do not play when you are upset, tired or have been drinking.
Your tools
All of these are in your account under Account → Limits. Lowering a limit takes effect straight away.
Bet limit
The most you can stake on a single bet, on every game.
Loss limits
The net loss you allow yourself per day, week and month. When you reach it, betting pauses until the period ends.
Time limits
Minutes on game pages per day, week and month.
Reality check
A reminder every 15, 30 or 60 minutes showing how long you have played and your net result.
Cool-off
Pause betting for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. A cool-off cannot be ended early. Your balance and history stay untouched.
Self-exclusion
Block your account from playing for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. Self-exclusion cannot be undone. Withdraw your balance any time.
Close your account
Under Account → Privacy you can download your data and close your account once your balance is withdrawn.
Warning signs
It may be time to stop or get help if you:
- spend more money or time than you planned, again and again;
- chase losses, or borrow or sell things to keep playing;
- feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down;
- hide your gambling from people close to you;
- gamble to escape problems or to feel better.
